Diabetes Care at Centerpoint Medical Center

Diabetes touches most areas of life. Nurse and dietitian teams at The Diabetes Center can help you cope and manage your Type I or Type II diabetes. Diabetes education has been proven to improve control, reduce complications and improve the quality of life for people with diabetes.

The Diabetes Center offers group classes for people diagnosed with diabetes as well as those who are prediabetic or at risk for diabetes. Additionally, nurse/dietitian teams can help diabetes patients with insulin pump therapy, counsel diabetic women who become pregnant, and assist with gestational diabetes.
